Storefriendly’s Covid-19 Response

The outbreak of COVID-19 has turned into a pandemic with national and indeed worldwide consequences. It is a critical situation, which requires us to be stronger together and for everyone to do their part. We have learned that one of the most effective ways to reduce the spread of the virus is to maximize social distance. We, therefore, have taken a number of steps to protect our employees and customers:

In line with the government’s measures, we will temporarily close all our branches in Singapore from 7 April – 1 June 2020. Our online store will remain open at storefriendly.com.sg and we remain committed to providing the best possible service to you, our customers.

Across all of Storefriendly’s offices, branches and businesses, we are still working, albeit remotely. The Government of Singapore have present three budgets to deal with the virus response. We are reviewing the impact of this on our business, but we are committed to working with all our customers, partners and tenants and will pass on any savings and incentives extended to us by the Government. There is much conflicting information out there, but we are working hard at getting a good understanding of the situation and will communicate timely and frequently on this. If there is anything information you seek from us contact any of the branches or the call centre.

The severity of the COVID-19 virus cannot be underestimated, and we deeply appreciate the commitment of all who are addressing this health emergency.

We encourage everyone to take care of their health and their communities by following the guidelines of the World Health Organization and local Singaporean institutions.

Our thoughts are with everyone affected in Singapore and across the world.
